What counts as a 'session'?
A session is one conversation with the AI, from describing your issue through to a resolution or handoff to a pro. You can send as many messages as you need within a single session.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment details. You get 3 full sessions every month to try the product before deciding to upgrade.
What's the difference between the plans?
All paid plans unlock everything in Pro, they only differ in billing. Monthly is $14/month, cancel anytime. Annual is $90/year (works out to $7.50/month, a 47% discount). Lifetime is a single $150 payment that covers you forever, with no renewals or subscriptions to manage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and annual subscribers can cancel from the account page or from Stripe, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime is non-recurring, so there's nothing to cancel.
